Al-'Adiyat The Chargers

1. بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

   وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا ۝١

   100:1 By the snorting courses,

2. فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا ۝٢

   100:2 Striking sparks of fire

3. فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًا ۝٣

   100:3 And scouring to the raid at dawn,

4. فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا ۝٤

   100:4 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust,

5. فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا ۝٥

   100:5 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe),

6. إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ ۝٦

   100:6 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord

7. وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ ۝٧

   100:7 And lo! he is a witness unto that;

8. وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ ۝٨

   100:8 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent.

9. أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ ۝٩

   100:9 Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth

10. وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ ۝١٠

    100:10 And the secrets of the breasts are made known,

11. إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ ۝١١

    100:11 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them.
