-
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتْ ١
82:1 When the heaven is cleft asunder,
-
وَإِذَا ٱلْكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتْ ٢
82:2 When the planets are dispersed,
-
وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ ٣
82:3 When the seas are poured forth,
-
وَإِذَا ٱلْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ ٤
82:4 And the sepulchres are overturned,
-
عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ ٥
82:5 A soul will know what it hath sent before (it) and what left behind.
-
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ ٦
82:6 O man! What hath made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful,
-
ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ ٧
82:7 Who created thee, then fashioned, then proportioned thee?
-
فِىٓ أَىِّ صُورَةٍ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ ٨
82:8 Into whatsoever form He will, He casteth thee.
-
كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِٱلدِّينِ ٩
82:9 Nay, but ye deny the Judgment.
-
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَـٰفِظِينَ ١٠
82:10 Lo! there are above you guardians,
-
كِرَامًا كَـٰتِبِينَ ١١
82:11 Generous and recording,
-
يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ ١٢
82:12 Who know (all) that ye do.
-
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍ ١٣
82:13 Lo! the righteous verily will be in delight.
-
وَإِنَّ ٱلْفُجَّارَ لَفِى جَحِيمٍ ١٤
82:14 And lo! the wicked verily will be in hell;
-
يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ ١٥
82:15 They will burn therein on the Day of Judgment,
-
وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ ١٦
82:16 And will not be absent thence.
-
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٧
82:17 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is!
-
ثُمَّ مَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٨
82:18 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is!
-
يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌ لِّنَفْسٍ شَيْـًٔا ۖ وَٱلْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلَّهِ ١٩
82:19 A day on which no soul hath power at all for any (other) soul. The (absolute) command on that day is Allah's.
